Asking for Self, Female, 25 years old, Karachi
I have a history of endometrial cysts in both ovaries.. I have taken danazol, ometril and femilia , time by time.. I want to ask if these medicines are the reason for AMH droping down?? And why it got this much down?? I am unmarried .. Ia ut dangerous or can be managed??
I am planning for laparoscopy , is it safe with this level of AMH ??
Low level of AMH is just an indication of ovarian reserve, For ovarian cysts if endometriotic need to be removed laproscopically, and u will feel better after that, u can take injections under ur skin every month for ovarian suppression, Also if u get married and conceive , that will also cause a relief of ur symptoms
-wellcome and thanks for preffering Marham for your health Consultation.
-Dear Amh is low showing poor ovarian reserves, suspected premature menopause.
-can have laproscopu to remove ovarian cyst IF INDICATED OR IF LARGE (ENDOMETRIOTIC).
-natural ways of increasing Amh is having vitamin D, L arginine supplements, abdominal massage or Exercises Acupuncture, herbs , healthy Emotional ad physical activities, fruits, vegetables, organic food, complex carbohydrates like oats whole grains, whole meal bread, fish, nuts seeds fiber diet, berries, ginger, leaft vegetables, dry fruits, lentils, beans all can increase its level but long term use or application.
-autoimmune attack on ovaries and /or disruption of feed back cycle of follicular development and Amh
-send detailed investigations u have had to have detailed discussion.
-best of luck.
There is no indication for endometrial cyst to do this test ,laparoscopy can be done depending upon expertise
AMH levels are just an indicator about ur ovarian reserve, if u have endometriotic cysts they should be removed laparoscopically, AMH levels have nothing to do with ur laproscopy. Getting married and getting pregnant is another form of treatment to stay away from endometriosis after ur laparoscopic removal of cysts
