Pain during periods .I m unmarried.pls tell me about washing vaginal area during periods.some people said don't use water.is it ok.

- instead of water what could be used for cleaning ????actually water is necessary to use even in case if infection ,irritation ,inflammation rest of the cosmetics ,creams and products advised to avoid .
