Salam! I am 23y/o female. married for 5 months. Consulted dr for conception. He prescribed me these medicines. Plz tell me what are these for. Are there any side effects of these medicines. Just want info..!
Thanks these medications are for vaginal infection as you told dr you have vaginal discharge so he gave you to treat vaginal infection myofol is for preconceptions give for pregnancy well being for pregnancy you both live together for at least six months if no pregnancy then go for investigation

-Dear it's just 5 months of marriage and u have not been trying properly.
-have some precautions,diet, physical Exercise and then after 6 months with all precautions if unable to conceive then only have blood tests as I will advice u.
for now can have only transvaginal scan .
-have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
-Complete treatment for any health issue u have.
-have recreational activities and quit recreational drugs.
-have daily walk, yoga and Exercise to normalize weight.
-have folic acid daily 0.4 mgs.
-sex in fertile period of cycle like if u have 28 days regular cycles then your fertile days would be from day 8 to day 13.
-request husband to quit smoking.
-have strict local hygeine.
Use clean water and avoid cosmetics and creams.
-have plenty of fruits, vegetables and water.
