Mujhe periods k baray me pochna hai. K mujhe 35 days k cycle me atay periods. Kabi pehle b a jatay. But maximum 35 days ka cycle hai. Jb periods atay tou first day bht pain hota. Like first 7 to 10 hours pain hota. Tb tk pain hota jb tk clots na a jain. After clots wo pain khtm ho jata. Bs phir thakawt jesa drd rehta jism me. Blood flow mujhe first day hota normal clots k bad. But 2nd day flow kam ho jata. Or 3rd day bs spotting hoti like din me 3 4 spots. Phir 4th day thora clear or 5th day tak akhri spots hotay then clear ho jata. Mujhe ye pochna k kya ye normal hai? Meray periods irregular hen kya? People say k 5 din tk jis ko aain wo periods normal hotay. Mujhe meray cycle ko le kr concern hai. Plz guide me. K kya ye normal hain? Or kya ic kj wja se concieving me koi issues tou ni hotay? Or ye b btain k kam bleeding honay ki kya wja hoti.

-Dear every woman having different Physiology and hormonal support if periods exactly 3days longer then no issue actually and flow is not ery less.
-if having weight gain, abnormal hairs growth and very scanty periods or irregular periods then need Proper Evaluation.
-have transvaginal scan if observing above issues and have blood tests on day 2 of periods (testosterone, progesterone, fsh and lh, thyroid function test, insulin, prolectin).
Folic acid daily.
