I had my son through C.section on 20th feb 2019. My son has congenital anomalies and he left us after 6days of his birth. I couldn't breast feed him at all. Since my c.section after 40 days i started bleeding again. Since then i am having bleeding amd spotting all the time sometimes the gap is of 2 days sometimes 3 days... 25days ago i went to doc.she started transamine for 3 days which failed to stop bleeding.then she started duphaston tab 2 times a day for 21 days, and ponston forte for 3. 2 days back the course ended now i m having periods with extremely heavy bleeding... What do u suggest now
get your beta hcg and ultrasound done
Start transmin again and consult your doctor for need of further hormones.
Thanks you have abnormal bleeding you should do us for any pelvic pathology nd can sagest you this heavy bleeding may be due to Duphaston

i suggest detail pelvic ultrasound.
also do CBC and serum prolactin levels and HbA1C and bHCG

-Dear as per your description u are having heavy bleed and had neonatal death in Feb. U need detailed Evaluation for bleeding, to regularise periods, for breast feeding issues if present and necessary tests/discussion to evaluate suspected cause for baby's death (to investigate if need depends on history karyotyoing or other tests like HbA1c, thyroid function tests etc as abnorml suger levels, thryroid, blood pressure all can harm baby).
-for now take it as Urgent. Have serum Beta hcg to Check Pregnancy status and one transvaginal scan as well (although u have taken hormones already).
-have thyroid function test, complete blood count, serum prolectin, HbA1c, Detailed Examination by gynae specialist.
-have iron supplements and food containing iron like apples, carrots Etc.
-all tests reports , Examination and your history need to be discussed in Detail.
