sore nipples r produced when mothers dont nurse their babies properly...u hv to giv the whole nipple rather than the tip...various commercial cracked nipples creams r available but i always encourage my clients to use edible oils/ butter/ ghee/ malaee etc...though a lil desi totka but it protects ur baby from the chemicals tht u might hv applied on nipples...
so try and c...hopefully u ll gt a relief...

but u hv to clean ur nipples first...then apply...and also clean thoroughly before nursing the baby...

Thanks you can apply but clean it before breast feeding nd use nippl sheild for baby to suck so as to avoid recurring crack nippl
