I passed from c section in january 2019. In oct 2009 i m again pregnant with second baby. In first month of pregnancy i didnt know i m pregnant as baby feeds.i suffer from dengue during first trimester. As the time pass, i m feeling now sharp pain and twitching in stitches and around area. Sometime i cant sit b/c of pain. When i went for checkup, doctor asked its not a good sign. Your stitches rbecoming week day by day as because of too early pregnancy. We hve no other option except c section.
Is there any body who can help me? Any tip or precautionary measure?

- Dear it's too early to decide mode of delivery from now .l
- u need detailed Evaluation for this pain, could be urine ,vaginal/ pelvic infection.
- should have urinalysis,culture ,high vaginal swab ,local Examination ,ultrasound TVs for Cervical length .
- have Antenatal all investigations specific to gestation.
- Regular Antenatal visits and scans.
- follow with reports .
