- u need to have high vaginal swab to check infevtive cause .
- have struct hygeine.
- soft comfortable undergarments.
- Sitz warm baths .Olive oil massage .
- if have any Medical issue better to treat that .
- have complete treatment for any health issue u have.
- balance diet ,weight and Bmi .
- after Hvs need antibiotics cover for 1-2 wks .( tab doxyçycline 100 mgs twice daily and tab metronidazole 400 mgs 8 hrly for 14 days ).
- follow with hvs Report .
