Asking for Wife, Female, 29 years old, Rawalpindi

Salaam. My wife is 29 yrs old. We were married 3.5 yrs back. We have a son with normal delivery who is now 2.5 yrs old. We are not using any birth control pills. Just using condoms for family planning. My wife always had regular periods after each 25 days. But for the last 3 months she is having irregular periods. Also she got weight gain of around 4-5 kg in these months. Not she is 63kg. Ultrasound reports are attached. Kindly tell whether we need to see a doctor or any medication is required or not? Also presence of tiny follicles is dangerous or not? Mild polycystic is curable? Also tell whether we should continue birth control or not? We had plan to control for 6 more months.
