- Dear check again that one sided vaginal pain u are observing in Every cycle during fertile period ???.
- if yes could be some hormonal imbalance or Endometriotic leision .
- have one local Examination by gynae specialist and do have Hvs as well .
- have sitz bath ,strict hygeine,soft comfortable under garments ,avoid cosmetics and products locally .
- have high vaginal swab and if it comes positive for any perticular Organism I might need Oral antibiotics .
- in case of cyclic pain only on one side of vagina do have local Examination and might need combined otal contraceptives 3 months course .
