Aoa , married 8yrs , no kids yet, PCOS history. 2 months back i got my prolactin level test. And it was 600 + , then i took medicine (BROTIN) by the prescription of doc .. had it for 3 wks. In april had prolactin level test again but now its in 900+ ... i have no symptoms yet . No body changes no issues . But now i am worried that why my prolactin level is going higher day by day . After receiving the report have a mild headache on and off till today. Kindly please advise what should i do and to whom should i see .My reports are attached
Increase levels can be due to multiple causes like thyroid disorders, renal problems or different drugs can also increase its level.
U need to visit a doctor who can rule out the underlying cause first and then treat it accordingly.
U may require some radiological investigation also if indicated on the basis of ur associated symptoms
Get Xray skull both views and see an endocrinologist
Did u take brotin regularly?
Try not to chek frequently ur breast for any discharge.
Stress also cause increase in prolactin levels.
Get other hormone tests also. Such as thyroid profile s cortisone level.

Aoa ... yes i took brotin regularly 30 tablets in 3 wks .... no discharge from breast as i use observe it regularly .... can i wait till june ?? As we are going to shift to lahore . Or its urgent to see endocrinologist??

U can wait and continue brotin. Buy medicine from some aauthentic shop
