- have u observed abnormal hairs Growth ,sudden weight gain along with irregular periods if yes then these are signs of polycystic ovaries .
-have Balanced Diet ,daily walk and Exercise ,yoga to have normal Bmi and weight .
- have healthy Balanced Diet ,lots of fruits ,vegetables ,plenty of water .
