Asking for Self, Female, 33 years old, Saudi arabia
Iam trying to conceive a child fir the last 5 years. I have done ICSI this month and its failled. I have luteal phase defect and my husband has teratozospermia however his all other parameters are whithin normal range. My doctor advised me for ICSI unfortunately its unsuccessful. According to Doctor, reason behind ICSI failure is immunological issues. He advised me steroids , intra lipids and anti coagulant before starting 2nd round of ICSI. Furthermore he suggested to do some investigations which i did already before starting my ICSI. I have a question from DR rukhsana what ahe will suggest me further about my problem. Any other suggestions if i get from her expertise i would be really greatful. Iam trying for 5 years to have a child. My cycles are regular of 23 days. And i respond to treatment well with good follicles and endometrial thickness was 10.5.Iam on CO Q 10 enzymes, juspirin 81mg, folic acid 5mg. Iam not obese nor under weight. And a healthy working woman.
I am so sorry that you are struggling with infertility issues and for your failed ICSi. I feel that your doctors are guiding you properly and just follow their advice along with lots of prayers. At present the best option for cases like yours is ICSI and for immunological issues you have been prescribed medicines which are good and should be taken as advised. Also in general there is 30% success rates with IVF so not all going through IVF or ICSI conceive on the first attempt so you should not lose hope and hopefully you would be blessed with a healthy baby soon.
You are on the right path. Keep on trying. In sha Allah you will conceive in due course of time
