Aoa, my problem is infertility i trying for baby last 4 years, and also consult different doctors for 3 years,i take 2 cycles of clomid then dr give me letrozole, now my 3rd cycle of letrozole 5mg but not concieving yet. I am so depressed, my all reports are ok but i dont know what is the problem. Plz tell me how i concieve, letrozole is good for me or not?
Letrozole is good if u have problem in ovulation or follicle maturation, is ur husband ‘s semen analysis normal , if unexplained infertility then go for intrauterine insemination after cloud or letrozole induction
Diagnostic laparoscopy is advisable to see the tubes if not previously done. Also your husband semen analysis need to be done.
