Mujhe first time periods 18 years main hue aur tab se 1 ya 2 months ki irregularity rahi. I consult gynecologist but she says normal hai ab mjhe last time july main hue us k bad abhi takh nahi hue becoz main n kch stress lea un dino to they stopped kch desi totkay aur homeopethic medicines lene se last month which is October mjhe hue but 2 din k leay us ke bad se mjhe aik problem start hogae istihaza ki( bus continously aik spot ata rha blood ka ) ziyada nhi tha but ata tha aur mjhe pain hota hai bht ziyada aur 2,3 dino se bohat pain ho raha hai but periods nhi ho rahay mjhe kya karna cahiye

-Dear for Now have tab primolute N 10mgs twice daily for 5days and then wait for Bleeding for 1-2weeks .
-As soon as period comes have blood tests on day 2of periods (serum testosterone ,serum Progesterone ,serum insulin,thyroid Function test,serum prolectin,fsh and lh ratio).
- have transVaginal scan or if unmarried pelvic scan with full bladder out side periods days .
-collect labs results and discuss. Here .
-start tab norethisterone 10mgs twice daily on day 4of periods and then continue it till day 26and then stop and then again start on day 4on bext cycle .continue this for 3menstrual cycles to regulate periods .start after collection of labs .
-have healthy diet ,walk daily .
-have normal Bmi and weight .
-i hope things would be better .
