Talk to Gynecologist on Irregular Periods

In September i got periods but there is no blood only clots which continue only for 3 days and i have pain near my uterus and in this month i got no periods it didn’t happen to me before I have starting dieting with exercise I want to ask if this would be the cause of my irregular periods Should i take multivitamins?
