Assalam o alikum. don't worry periods can occur a couple of days earlier or later it's ok. no need to take any medication. if frequently your periods get irregular might need few tests.
Salam its ok sometimes periods do-come a little early or a little late . If they become irregular more frequently then u should be worried and consult a gynecologist thanks

- Dear periods could be with some dates difference of 2-4 days but if it's more then this like week or weeks difference of dates every time ,weight gain ,abnormal hairs growth then need to be Evaluated .
