Meri 22 weeks ki pregnancy hai aur mera placenta according to doctor low hai aur mujhe 2 days bleeding bhi hei thi and mujhe bed rest ka bola but meri already aik saal ki beti hai jo kai c section c hwi and we live separate tu koi help krny ko sath nhn... tu beti ko shumbhalna plus ghar kai kaam sab krny prty.. so my question is kai bed rest kitna zaruri hai? agr mein proper rest nhn kr pati tu usky kiya side effects hoskty?
low lying placenta mein rest is very important other wise you can have repeated episodes of bleeding which can be dangerous for you and baby too
