My placenta is 3cm away from OS. My doctor said it is low lying. With this what should be my level of activity? Do I need full bed rest or can I be moderately active? I am 25 weeks along.
u can do moderate activity.. bed rest is not the solution.. and placenta will gradually reach the upper segment by time.
yes you can be moderately active. scan will be repeated at 32 weeks for final location if placenta.
if it's 3 cm away and u r having currently and previously no problem of bleeding you can do your activity but if you are having any warning episode of bleeding you should rest and consult docter

I have pinkish discharge and strings of blood in discharge frequently. So I am keeping minimal activity...is that okay?

you can do your household activity if yoi dont have any bleeding now or in past.... but if bleeding then take bed rest.... and visit your doctor with proper followup

You should avoid climbing stairs, lifting heavy weight and intercourse.
In case of any bleeding, God forbid, you should immediately report to your doctor.
