I ate primolut n before marriage. It's been 6 months to my marriage and i am not conceiving. Every month 7 or 15 days before my period i get severe lower back aches specially stronger at night and become less if i rest all the time. And these pains end with the onset of period. Why is this happening ?

- have balanced diet ,weight and Bmi .
- daily. walk ,yoga and Exercise .

- folic acid daily and Use fertile period of cycle if trying to conceive .
- have recreational activities and quit recreational drugs.
- have one high vaginal swab to check local infection and One Transvaginal scan to check local pathology .
