My cousin is 19 years old but she has never get periods. she visited many drs but still not. what test should be done for this. Guide please

-Dear it's primery Amenohrea and she should have detailed Examination by Senior consultant Endocrinologist along with proper investigations.
-u haven't mentioned f any other signs of Puberty she got lke pubic hairs, breast development etc.
Any abnormal symptoms like thickening of voice or unwanted hairs there???
So this all Need to be sorted Out
-she should have detailed pelvi scan with ful bladder.
Blood tests like thyroid function tests, antimullerian hormones serum insulin, serum prolectin, serum progesterone, serum estrogen, fsh and lh, inhibin etc.
It woukd be better if she receives tab primolute N 10mgs twice daily for 5 days and then if bleeding occurs on day 2 do have above tests.if eve after 3-4 months no bleeding then do test as well.
-with tests, scan and detailed history and proper Examination Diagnosis could be made to treat her properly. Send reports here as well if I could guide u ut for detailed Examination se should consult Endocrinologist.
After wards might need Multipiciplinary care.

She needs to visit a good gynaecologist for further evaluation
And then endocrinologist if needed

Thank you so much for reply.she got public hairs and chest development.voice is thin. she is normal girl.i want to show you some ultrasound reports of her but there is no option for attachment. how can i send you? please guide

-Nice Explanation Dear.
-I have Seen cases of absent meses got male karyotype and then after hormonal treatment with endocrinology got male appearance.
-this girl if having secondary sexual characters then do hormonal tests as I advised u like have tab primolute n 10 mgs twice daily for 5 days and then wait for bleeding and have blood tests (testosterone, progesterone, insulin, prolectin, thyroid function test fsh and lh,).
-send me scan report.
-should have normal Bmi and weight. High Bmi and low Bmi both can stop periods.
-have complete treatment of any health issue she have.
-I hope things would be better.
-follow with reports.
