Yesterday I posted about my 5 week 5 days pregnancy in which my ultrasound stated no yolk sac and fetal pole... 19 jan: 1st ultrasound sac size 0.66 22 jan:2nd ultrasound sac size increased 0.79 24 jan: sac size decreased to 0.5 Reason of early scan is mild bleeding since 22 jan Dr said it can be missed abortion I should wait n watch for 2 weeks it may pass it on his own, I got this thin layer type thing on my pad its sticky and stretchable can it be miscarried sac??? My OS was closed yesterday as per my internal check up... P.s. still I am not having heavy bleeding

-now Do have two times serum beta hcg with interval of 48hrs .
-if 2nd level shows reduction it's missed Miscarriage.
-in between report to gynae Emergency if observe heavy Bleed with or with out pain .

wait for at least one week for next scan n take complete bed rest n medication if heavy bleeding start go for emergency treatment

Called ER they asked me to come for scan... Scan has been done no sac seen in this ultrasound, I have passed the conception peice naturally... Bleeding is still going on with back ache only panadol prescribed

I passed an inch size whitish and redish clot this evening and it is that thing I guess will go for hcg test tomorrow morning in sha Allah... Thank you Dr. Uzma for your prompt response

it might be product of Conception that passed .
do have beta hcg twice with interval of 48hrs and in case of heavy Bleeding report to gynae Emergency .
