- if no medical issue ,not in any Chronic treatment ,not having any medical disorder then no proper rule but to be on safeside 2-3 months break is enough .
-with medical disorder and on treatment proper precautions and break is needed .
- have folic acid daily ,try to have balanced diet ,weight and BMI .
- use fertile period of cycle .
