Asking for Self, Female, 24 years old, Karachi
10 days ago went through D&E. I am newly married, It was my first pregnancy.I was 8 weeks pregnant and was completely fine with no spotting or bleeding but because no fetal pole and no heart beat was seen, diagnosed with missed miscarriage. My concern is the reason for miscarriage is still unknown. All test reports are clear, no issue is detect. I am still on spotting (a light orange discharge once a day). According to doctor I am completely fine or may be she couldn’t diagnose. I need to know the reason why this happened? And I don’t want this to happen in next pregnancy.

if same findings in the next scan then medical termination of pregnancy

- It could happen if baby is not well formed / some congenital Anomalies ,some genetic issue etc.
- don't be stressed or pressured ,have folic acid strictly before 2-3 months trying for next pregnancy 5 mgs daily .
- have Complete treatment for any health issue u have .
- have Daily walk ,yoga and Exercise .
- I hope things would be better .
