Talk to Gynecologist on Miscarriage

Assalam o alikum I had a miscarriage on 23rd December at 18 weeks of gestation due to leakage of amniotic fluid. Deliver the baby naturally but for placenta dr have to perform suction evacuation under spinal anaesthesia. I had normal bleeding for 3 or 4 days but after that whenever I stand and walk i start bleeding more and have clots and cramping in lower abdomin. whenever I pass urine blood is thick and dark in colour with some particles in it. I am taking anitibiotic as prescribed by dr but today I have slight fever 100.4 F. Do I need to go to dr for this or is this normal? I have pcos and conceived with clomid after 8 years. Also my glucose tolerance test was high. Thankyou
