I had a miscarriage 3 weeks ago and I’m bleeding now. Is it normal to have periods in 3 weeks after miscarriage? I’m having extreme abdominal discomfort and headache. Is everything alright? My doctor said to let it pass naturally. I was 6 weeks pregnant at the time of miscarriage. Please help.
