My periods are always regular and on time but this month the due date was 13 October but they didn't happen. I had my serum Beta HCG test done today and it is negative. Should i do the test again after few days? Or there might be any other problem? please Guide

not necessarily tht there mus b an underlying cause fr delayed cycle onset-anxiety/stress etc can do so-once in a blue moon a single cycle if delayed fr no reason can b ignored-u can wait fr the natural onset for a week and then repeat ur bhcg again-

- u can wait for periods for few days as illness ,Medications ,sudden weight gain or weight loss , contraceptives ,hormonal intake or hormonal loss can delay periods so these factors also need to be Checked .
- have Complete treatment of any health issue u have .
- have balanced diet ,weight and Bmi .
- Daily walk ,yoga and Exercise .
- if periods does not come in 2 wks discuss Symmptoms and detailed history here or with local Gynae .
