person-avatar

Asking For Self, Female, 26 Years old, Karachi

I am a lactating mother. Do my feed affect my baby’s tummy because of what I eat? Also let me know the things which can help me in my milk supply as I have to give top milk to my baby despite his more demand of milk which I am unable to fulfil.

off course if you are taking less fluids then it'll..try to take mpre fluids in form of water milkshakes etc and take more fruits and vegetables carbohydrates proteins etc...

if your baby is passing urine more then 5 times a day then your feed is sufficient...
