Asking for Self, Female, 30 years old, Rawalpindi
Married, 3 kids via c sec. Last sec on 27oct, 17. Now the issue is that i had prolonged periods in Nov started up with spotting then had regular 5 day cycle n then again spotting for couple of days ended up in dec. After that no periods till now. Feel severe cramps every month but nothing. Taken primolut n 10 mg fr 5days. Now i feek some movement in tummy. I did strip tests thrice few days back. 1st time it ws negative. And other two times it was light two half lines. M confused what is indicating by two half light lines. M tummy is getting bigger like 8th month.. M extremely worried. My gynae is in lhr. N i cant go there cz my son is school going. Kindly help me out. Jazak Allah

- dear first of all have blood Pregnancy test ( Serum beta hcg ) yo check your Pregnancy status .
- have one per abdominal and Transvaginal scan ( abd+ pelvis ) .
- strict check on symmptoms and send me reports.
- Avoid self medication it can harm as u have previous 3 cesearean sections.
- have blood tests and scan as urgent and follow here with report .
- in case of Emergency like pain lower andominal severe pain with or with out bleed report Gynae Emergency till reports confirm things .

Aoa mam i had an ultrasound yesterday. According to that m 6 months pregnant. M shocked to hear that bcz. Before three months i was having regular cycle. M extremely worried n upset. What should i do now? Please guide me. Should I go for r a repeat sacn?

Dear as u are previous 3 cesearean sections and now discovered unplanned Pregnancy then it's better to have booking ,Detailed antenatal investigations ,Placental location as it's necessary to judge clearly as previous 3 cesearean sections could have hazardous Complications .
have balanced diet ,weight and Bmi .
- Daily walk , Exercise and yoga .
- Complete treatment for any health issue u have.
- Bleeding mild spotting could occur in early Pregnancy .but it might possible u did not notice periods flow , regulatiy ,dates etc.
placental adhesion at abnormal site Can give u bleeding in any phse if life .
