I am married for 3 years. Had 1 DNC in june 2016 and abortion in december 2016. After my abortion i was diagnosed with cyst on my right ovary. When i was failed to conceive after 6 months i was put on treatment, i took Aromek 2.5 mg on the 3 day of my cycle.. instead of getting pregnant i have multiple cysts on both ovary with severe pain and had to under go laprosocopy in june 2017. Now again i have a cyst in right ovary. And no pregnancy..the size of cyst is 5.3 cm for last 5 months now please help me i don't know what to do.kindly advise me.

- Dear it would be better if u send me your detailed gynae ,,medical and drug history .
- Aromek ( lateazole ) used to stimulte hormones for ovulation.
- U got it had multiple follicles growth but unable yo concieve unluckily and in addition got cyst but don't be stressed actually .
- now try to avoid this medication for next 6 months at least .
- have serum Progesterone on day 21 of your cycle and send me report .
- have normal Bmi and weight by having regular Exercise .
- have check up and proper treatment for all Medical Issues u have .
- have healthy diet with less salt,suger ,oil and spice.
- have sex in fertiliy!r period of cycle .
- husband general health should be reviewed and better to quit smoking if have been doing .
- semen analysis done if not better to have .
- have daily folic acid 5 mgs .
- send me serum Progesterone on day 21 report and try to avoid any hormonal treatment for now .

If the cyst is not increasing in size there is nothing to worryKeep an eye on it and continue trying to conceive. Cysts can be a side effect of taking hormones too.
