-Dear first of all send me recent scan report then relax and follow some Dietery and physical. Precautions for better lifestyle and try for Conception.
-it depends one cysts or multiple small cysts, affecting periods regularity or not?? Any symmptoms I have like pain or heaviness in lower abdomen etc send detailed history.
-have balanced diet with lots of fruits and Vegetables and plenty of water. Try to have balanced weight by daily Exercise and walk.
-if pain or any other unbearable symmptoms present u need to have urgent scan and detailed examination by local gynae Doctor.
-if no symmptoms then follow as below.
-have complete treatment of any health issue u or husband have. Try to have balanced suger levels, blood pressure and - thyroid levels.
-have folic acid daily 5 mgs.
-send husbands semen analysis report as well and request to quit smoking if he has been doing.
-send recent transvaginal scan report and blood tests on day 2 of periods (testosterone, progesterone, insulin, prolectin, thyroid function test, fsh and lh).if cyst is growing or showed increase in size from before then better to have Serum CA 125 as well.
