Talk to Gynecologist on Ovulation Induction.

I am trying to conceive for one year, but couldn't conceive. Now my doctor asked me to take lezra 2.5 mg and hcg injection on day 13. I couldn't find this injection, so I just had lezra from cd2-6 and had intercourse all days from 10-16. From day 16 i had sore breast that is a bit relieved now (even before starting duphaston). Now the problem is my doctor asked me to take duphaston from day 14 to 24 while egg got ruptured on 15 so i am taking it from cd 16- onwards. Today i am on day 26, should i quit taking duphaston as i am supposed to have periods then? Or should i continue because if i have conceived it will protect the pregnancy. i am out of country this time and cannot contact my gynecologist. Please advice me should i keep taking it until i test negative or positive on missed period date or quit it as dr prescribed for 10 days.
