salam. pelvis is very complex area and reasons for pain will be a long list.
From orthopaedic point of view, I will like to know if there was any injury, history of lifting heavy weight or previous infection?
For spinal pain as cause of pelvis pain, i will need to examine and do some clinical tests.
MRI is the Gold standard to look at all the structures in pelvis as reason for pain. it can be done with or without contrast.

walikum salam. low back pain or pelvic pain weakness or vitamin D deficiency and calcium deficiency. Take multivitamin and calcium supplements and eat healthy food. Get blood work up CBC and Vitamin D levels
