- well come and thanks for preffering Marham for your health Consultation.
- Dear this is really very short description of ur quary .
-how long u have been trying for pregnancy ??having any child or not ?how long have diabetic issue ? Bmi and weight ranges normal or high ??periods have been regular or irregular ??any other medical or gynae issue for which u have been treated ??family history of diabetes??all questions too much related in addition to Recent scan and blood tests if done .
- if have been treated for fertility issue send all recent labs results and recent transVaginal scan if u have done .
- if cycles regular have blood tests on day 2 o periods ( testosterone, prolectin , insulin, fsh and lh , progesterone ,thyroid function test ) and transVaginal scan out side periods days and send reports here .
- if cycles not regular have menstrual day 21 serum Progesterone and blood tests as above I described in day 2 of periods except progesterone .
-try to have Normal Bmi and weight By having Daily Exercise .
-have folic acid daily 5 mgs .
-For diabetes u should have proper follow up with diabetic specialist as related history here not described .
-high blood suger levels not only harmful for Conception but also can cause fertility issues, Miscarriage ,congenital anomalies ,Macrosomic ( big ) baby, difficult delivery with Complications and trauma, more water production ,still birth ,Intrauterine death of baby etc so kindly try to fix diabetes issue as your blood suger levels and blood test HBA1C should be normal at time of Conception other wise all above risks u could have .
- have balanced diavetic Diet with less salt, oil and spice ,plenty of water ,fruits and vegetables.
- Husband general Condition should get better and should quit smoking and if have been treated for any medical issue should have regular follow ups .
- I hope u got my point.
- follow above precautions and have tests and scan and review with tests and scan and more detailed history .
- best of luck.
