Asking for Self, Female, 20 years old, Lahore
I am a pcos patient. My weight fluctuates between 70-72 kgs. The dr. prescribed me orlis, glucophage, diane and androcur as a three month course which I have completed. But still every month I have to take primolut n for 5 days. The flow is not good and it only lasts for 2-3 days. What should I do now to cure the problem?
Hello dear. Are you married? have you undergone some other tets like CBC, prolactin levels etc. if yes please share the reports. Are you married? and what's your height?

THANK YOU so much ma'm I am unmarried and my height is 5'4. I have undergone LH , FSH and TSH tests and an ultrasound too. According to reports LH= 5.3 , FSH = 3.8 AND TSH = 1.7. The ultrasound report states that "each ovary contains multiple small follicles of variable sizes. Ovaries suggestive of pcod. P 2 2 correlate ? histmy and hormonal profile."
Apart from that I have a lot of facial hair growth on my chin and the bleeding is negligible for first two days and then it stops even after taking primolut n.

ok. So your are somewhere between overweight and obesity. Plus the hair growth also is a sign of PCOs. The treatment of PCO with the medicines you have mentioned in the post takes around 11 months. So please seek advice from your doctor as you need to continue treatment at least 9-11 months. Diane 35 also inhibits ovulation and in turn stops pregnancy so if you are soon to be married please discuss it with your doctor. After completing this course there are higher chances of getting periods naturally and on time
