I am suffering from pco and uterine fibrosis. I feel pain and pressure in pelvic region now and during periods i feel severe pain while urinating. Im attaching scans. Kindly guide me wat to do ??
Fibroid is small so that is unlikely causing the problems you are facing. Please get a proper physical exam done and tested for any pelvic or urinary infections.For pcos you should start treatment after consulting doctor

Ma'am im unmarried. My periods are irregular. Pre menstrual and post menstrual brown spotting and pain. My current weight is 48 kgs. I'm underweight. No i haven't taken any med for this pain but i visited a lot of gynaecologists for pco but no improvement.

Can pco and fibrosis be cured?? As im done visiting gynaecologists.

Such small fibroids dont need treatment unless causing issues. Pcos can be cured but you have to consult gynaecologist for that
