I am 21 years old, my weight is 78, height is 5'3. I have PCOS. I got my period last month on 7th march but i still didnt get it yet. I have a bit of pain in my vagina, and it feels like i will get my period anytime, also a bit of white discharge. I travelled aswell, im really worried that why am i not getting it. Should i start taking duphaston?

-Dear as u told u are having Pco that can delay, irregulate periods, Can give scanty periods, gives abnormal hairs growth, weight gain etc.
If abnormal smell, colored vaginal discharge, irritation present it could be vaginal infection as well.so define pain and its associations if infection can have treatment accordingly.
-u should have investigations as well.
-if done recently blood tests and scan send reports here.
-wait for some time then if no periods then have tab primolute 10 mgs twice daily for 5-7 days and wait for bleeding for 2 wks.
-have Balanced diet, weight, Bmi. Daily exercises and yoga to balance weight.
-have recreational activities and quit recreational drugs.
-have complete treatment of any health issue u have.
-send labs ans scan reports here or discuss locally with detailed history.
-best of luck.
Wait for 2 weeks for spontaneous periods and then you can take duphaston if didn’t occur.
