-Dear now u have regular periods but only issue is long duration of out flow .
-have complete blood count,thyroid function test and the pelvic scan and follow with reports.
-have complete treatment for any health issue u have .
-have balance diet, weight and Bmi,less salt ,suger ,oil and spice .try to mantain normal Bmi other wise more chances of hormonal imbalance and pco .
-have vegetables and fruits with plenty of water ,carrots ,apples and spinich to reduce risk of Anaemia .
- have tab ponstan 500 mgs 8 hrly fro day 2-5 for 3 days or if no reduction in flow can have up to 5 days .
_if ponstan unable to reduce bleeding remarkabily then add tab transexamic acid 500 mgs 8 hrly from day 2 - day5 or total 5 days to reduce bleeding .
-have labs and discuss here .

You may need a different preparation of hormone to stop bleeding. PCOS cause hinderance in conceiving. Follow your doctor advise and lose weight if you are overweight.
