I am having irregular periods since a new now. Like I get them after every 2 months. I have an increased appetite since last 6 months and facial hair increasing as well. I am so depressed that I am about to collapse from depression. I am unmarried and what if I get infertile in future. I dont have any one at home to take me out to a gynae dr. Please help me

- Dear in unmarried girls precautions in diet ,physical activities more important .
- have daily walk ,exercise ,yoga to have balanced Bmi and weight .
- have fruits. ,vegetables and plenty of water ,have less salt ,suger ,oil and and spice in diet .
- havenwaxing ,plucking and threading for unwanted hairs at face and forearms .
- use mud mask / herbal treatment to reduce acne .
- have / send blood test if not done on day 2 of periods (progesterone ,prolectin ,insulin ,fsh and Lh ,testosterone ,thyroid function test )
- one pelvic scan with full bladder for poly cystic ovaries .
- collect labs and discuss here or local gynae .
- avoid stress and anxiety as these further add to hormonal imbalance.

Ur picture seems like that of pco , if that’s the case , diagnosis should be confirmed after a harmonal profile and an Usg .—/ reduce ur wt , take glucophage , and other medication for pco , ocp s like famila for 3 months to regularise ur periods
