I am a 20 year old girl and I am having very sharp waves like pelvic pain that the insides are being pulled down. This pain usually starts a week before my periods. I started to have this pain from an year ago. I just wanted to know if this is just normal before a period or should i go to the doctor?

My bmi is in normal range. Nor do i have extra hair growth. But yes due to excessive stress i missed my periods two times. But then they were normal when i was stress free. Also i want to ask that my periods are not on the same date in every month. They are on different dates but happens every month. Sometimes they delayed upto a week too.
