-Dear u need to start tab primolute N 10 mgs 8 hrly 5-6 days in advance from day u want to extend and continue to take 3-4 days before till u want to get periods.
-after 3to 4 days of stopping medicine u will have periods but may be heavy and after that gradually will regulate itself.
