My general physician doctor recommended a Transvaginal Ultrasound (TVS) due to irregular periods. The ultrasound results indicate that both ovaries exhibit small multiple follicles. Additionally, there is a retention cyst in the right ovary measuring 1.9x1.5 cm. Is it something serious? That I need to be careful about it and to consult with the gynaecologists? For treatment

In October, I had my weight checked, and it was 51.9 at that time. However, when I checked again in December, it was 54. I'm not using any medication.

Consult your gynaecologist. You also need your hormonal tests done to find cause of irregular periods.
