-if any investigations done then it's better to send these investigations like Hormonal tests, ultrasound etc.
-if have been treated for anybheth issue it's better to have Complete treatment.
-have daily walk yoga and Exercise.
-balanced diet, weight and Bmu necessary.
-low or high Bmi both not good for periods regularity.
-hormonal imbalance also cause periods issues.
-any medication containing hormones, illness,strict diet, sterneous Exercise also can affect Periods regularity.
