Assalamualaikum. Dr i am trying to concieve my second baby since last 18months but no luck. My monthly cycle length is 26or 27 days. This month it came late, strip test came out negative on 30th day. Then brown spotting occur and period got started on 31st day of cycle. Bleeding was too heavy accompanied with thick large number of tissues or clots. I took bath on 7th day but few tissues passed afterwards as well. Since last night(10th day) i am feeling pain in lower abdomen and there were spots too, i checked it now there is slight bleeding like tissues type something coming out that i have to place pad again. Please tell me why is this happening and what should i do now

- Dear first check for pregnancy status first .
- have Serum beta hcg( blood pregnancy test ) immediately to Check need of Urgent intervention as in case of positive pregnancy test u will need Scan .
- have Complete treatment for any health issue u have .
- have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
- if beta hcg reports positive u needed to have scan immediately to check need of urgent intervention.
- one sided Lower pain with positive regnancy test is alarming to contact in Gynae Emergency.
