Talk to Gynecologist on Periods Issue

I am married since 3 months and wants to conceive as soon as possible. One of gynec prescribed me Lezra Excel and pregna essentials for this. Since then my periods are getiing upset. Last month I bear intense pain in my periods with light to no bleeding in the first day of periods. Although from 2nd day the flow got norm but with severe pai. And I have been given pain killer injection for that too. Again, this month I got periods 4 days before my date with few blood drops which are light brownish in colour. Its almost half of the day has passed and haven't get my flow normal. I haven't taken any medicine this time. Not a single medicine.

Kindly guide me what should I do.. I am really worried about it. My periods were normal since ages with perfect dates and days.
