-wellcome and thanks for preffering Marham for your health Consultation.
-First things if u are married check pregnancy status by having serum Beta hcg (blood pregnancy test if it is positive have immediate Detailed Evaluation in gynae Emergency to Check need of urgent intervention).

-if beta hcg negative/u are unmarried then few factors can delay periods like strict diet, sterneous Exercise, sudden weight gain or weight loss, hormonal imbalance, hormonal intake, illness, Medications etc.
-check for above factors, abnormal hairs growth and weight gain.
-have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
-complete treatment for any health issue u have.
-Daily walk, yoga and Exercise.
-can Take tab ponstan 500 mgs 8 hrly to reduce pain for 3-5 days.
-if blood tests and scan done recently then send reports to have discussion otherwise hae pelvic scan for ovarian cyst and blood tests on day 2 of periods (testosterone, progesterone, prolectin, fsh and lh, insulin, thyroid function test).
