My goin fr uMRah in ramazan IA. My period dats is 30..usually my period come after 4 5 days of the specific date. So we r leaving of 20 may and coming back on 8th june. Whch tablet should i tak3 o delay my periods. For how many days and whn should i start. And plz tel m3 about sideeffcts?
you can take tab primolut_N 5 mg three times a day starting 7 days prior to your due date and continue it for time duration you will perform umara

-To delay periods u need to Have tab primolute N 10 mgs three times daily 5-7 days in advance and continue 3to 4 days before u Want to have periods.
-as u stop medications will get bleeding in 4 days to 2 weeks.
-with drawal bleed could be unpredictable may be heavy, irregular or regular
-May need hormonal support to regulate period for 3 cycles,like Diane 35 for 3 cycles after having ;with drawal bleed.
-have iron supplements.
-have balanced diet, weight and Bmi and complete treatment of any health issue u have.
-have recreational activities.

Whch iron supplement should i take? It should be taken apong with primolut or after using it? Is it necessary to take 3 times a days asking bcz of ramazan

Take 10 mgs twice daily for 7 days then for Ramzan .

Start taking primulut n 5 mg TDS 4 to 5 days before ur expected periods and continue it till u finish ur trip
