Talk to Gynecologist on Periods Problem

I had my periods on 14 Dec it was full periods with abdominal cramp and clots also there was no complications at that time , now at 13 January I had my periods with light bleeding without any clots or cramp , I can't feel my periods as I usually feels , at this period time I had right side ovarian pain with right hand pain and its feels like that there is something in my right side , I don't have any signs like nausea , bloating or something else kindly help
