I delivered baby girl on 2 December 2018 through episiotomy. My stitches dissolved within 10 days. But now bumps with pain appeared at the end of vaginal region. I clean myself with water and tissues after every toilet visit. Moreover, I'm also having white discharge after 47 days of delivery. I shave my vaginal region.
I cant comment on what these bumps are. They could be a number of things and also your discharge could be infectious
