Asking for Self, Female, 28 years old, Gujranwala

AoA! My baby girl delivered normally 2.5 months ago. I'm breastfeeding her. The problem that I'm facing is nausea while breastfeeding her. I also feel dizziness sometimes. I'm taking proper diet but no multivitamins supplements. Another problem is increase sugar intake. Even after eating meal I eat spoonful of sugar. Notes: I delivered on 2nd December and bleeding start on 2 December 2018 and end on 2 January 2019. Again started 4 January 2019 and ended on 11 January 2019. Again started on 12 January and ended on 22 January 2019. Bleeding started on 5 February 2019 at 11 PM and stopped on 10 February 2019. Throughout pregnancy my HB level was 10. Please tell me why I feel nauseous, dizzy and high cravings of sugar? Thank you.

You might be anemic. Take iron and multivitamins. Improve your diet esp with roti and milk.
